Sociael Media Manager – Sweden
Location: Copenhagen, Stockholm or Uppsala office. Alternatively hybrid with travel.

BabySam, Denmark’s leading baby and children’s retailer, is expanding in Sweden. We are looking for an energetic and creative Social Media Manager who can ensure that BabysSam makes its mark on the Swedish social media scene.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Social Media Manager at Babysam, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies for our social media channels. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Planning, developing, and publishing content on our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Building and maintaining a strong social media strategy that supports Babysam's overall goals and values.
  • Analyzing performance and reporting on social media activities to optimize engagement and reach.
  • Interacting with our followers and community management, including responding to comments and messages.
  • Planning and executing Live shopping events in collaboration with our Live team.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and suppliers to create targeted campaigns and ads.
  • Identifying new trends and opportunities to expand our reach on social media and attract new customers.

 

What You Bring:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
  • Experience creating content that enhances engagement and generates reach on social media platforms.
  • Experience with advertising on social media platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
  • Strong written and visual communication skills.
  • Creativity and the ability to think "outside the box."
  • Experience using social media analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar.
