Are you well-equipped in UX research and design? Do you know of design thinking methodologies and are eager to apply them to real-life problems? And are you a strategic thinker curious to touch upon content and brand strategy? If so, then we’re looking for you. We are looking for a UX intern to uncover human-centred insights and translate them into tangible concepts.

  • Research problems, formulate strategies and design solutions for a variety of real-life clients
  • Have dynamic and diverse working days in a creative environment
  • Get hands-on experience by working at a design agency
  • Work with dedicated, talented and friendly colleagues across different disciplines



The role

  • Conduct user research and formulate clear insights and recommendations
  • Define and communicate user personas, journey maps, blueprints and more
  • Design UX workshop formats and support by facilitating them
  • Workshop content strategies and be involved in copywriting and art direction
  • Turn complexity into simple, strategically-rooted experience concepts
  • Bridge the gap between branding and UX and turn abstract brand concepts into delightful branded experiences
  • Prototype and wireframe solutions with the team


Your profile

  • Currently studying or have completed a degree in design, communications, ethnography, entrepreneurship or similar. You do not have to have an explicit background in UX.
  • Previous agency experience is not required. 
  • You have some examples of your past work. A portfolio is not required but is a benefit.
  • Curious and passionate about design and technology
  • Proactive and good at taking self-initiative
  • Fluent in English


When can you start?

We are looking for interns starting either summer or fall 2023. It is a full-time internship, but discussing a reduced time to accommodate classes or writing assignments is possible. We imagine a duration of four to six months but are flexible.

We encourage all participants to apply as soon as possible. We will conduct interviews on an ongoing basis.
