We are hiring mechanical technicians for the company BROEN A/S in Assens.

Are you good at CNC-controlled lathes? And would you like to be a part of a growing company? 

You now have the opportunity to join a skilled team who supply BROEN's highly automated production facilities with components for valve manufacturing.

The job:

Your tasks will involve setting up, running-in and operating CNC-controlled lathes, as well as post-processing and quality assurance. Most of the programming is done in advance, but it will be an advantage if you have experience in this area or are willing to learn it. They use Fanuc and Siemens controls, but experience with these is not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided. The work shifts are either rotating or permanent night shifts.

We expect:

• An educational background within industrial technology or machining.
• Most important: practical experience in machining on CNC lathes from machinery industry.
• A desire to be part of a company that is a market leader in valve technology.

• You are detail oriented and take responsibility for completing your tasks efficiently and to the right standard.
• You are committed, organized and dutiful in achieving your goals.
• You have a good sense of humor, and positively contribute to team collaboration.
• You enjoy working independently with an eager to develop your skills.
• We prefer candidates who live close to Assens.  

We offer: 

A permanent position in a high-tech, international company with an open and diverse culture.   You will be part of a team of motivated and skilled colleagues. The position involves either a permanent night shift on a 4-day week or rotating shifts.

• Rotating Shifts: Day shift: 06:00-14:00 (Monday-Thursday) Friday: 06.00-12.20. – Evening shift: 13:50-23:00 (Monday-wednesday) Thursday: 13:50-21:40. Friday: Off.  
• Night shift: Starting Sunday at: 23.50-06.00. Monday-friday: 22:50-06.00 (5 days a week).

You will be employed according to the Danish Industry's agreement including pension, shift allowance and a health insurance. Broen is known for its strong community and a good work environment with social events in the employee club.
