Your new workspace

You will work in an international team spread across three different countries. You have the opportunity to sit in our bright premises in Taastrup together with the local cash office and work from home. Your closest manager is in Denmark and you have continuous daily contact together with the rest of the international team within Partner support.

About the position:

Our partners are at the heart of everything we do.

The partner support team ensures that a merchant feel supported from first contact to the delivery of terminals and with any issue that might arise after.

You will be our first-point of contact if our partner should call in or send an email.

Our team also have a deep coordination with the unattended product team and are heavily involved in any partner start-up to make sure that customer focus is at the heart of it all.

You will get to know all of our hardware devices and get high level access to all relevant system to ensure that when a customer calls, we can help them right away.

Partners in Loomis Pay is a rising segment with increased focus in all of our markets and you will have a big say in how our processes will work and how we best support our customers.

Preferred profile:

Fluent in Danish and English, English is our corporate language
You’re a self-starter, eager learner, conscientious worker, and a thoughtful, kind, supportive human
Several years of customer service experience. Ideally working with B2B customers.
Very comfortable using phone and email as primary ways of communication
High interest in learning new systems
Comfortable being on-site to help with important installation after agreement.
Proven aptitude for managing and prioritizing various tasks concurrently
Values honest and open communication

As a person, it is important that you are customer-oriented, collaborative with colleagues, and engaged in Loomis Pay. In an expansion phase, a flexible approach to work is required, and in addition to support work, you see added value in developing support services. You are customer- and solution-oriented, communicative, structured, and a helpful team player.

Practical information:

Employment: Full-time position, permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8-16. (hybrid is possible, 90%)

Salary: Fixed monthly salary.

Start: According to agreement

Location: Taastrup
