The Role

The Assistant Development Manager role will collaborate closely with the Senior Development Manager to deliver project milestones across key development workstreams including land, planning & environment, engineering, resource, connection and construction. 

An element of this role will see you assisting with the creation of project schedules, budgets and reporting on performance. Help define the project delivery plan, schedule, work breakdown structure tasks and resource requirements against project timelines. This role requires strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise demanding deadlines. Our ideal candidate will be reliable with a great work ethic and an eagerness to learn and grow.

About You

• 2–5 years’ relevant experience with qualifications in project management, engineering or other relevant fields

• Excellent solution-seeking, teamwork, leadership, and communication skills

• Able to use initiative in providing solutions to project-related tasks

• The ability to be client-facing and the capability to communicate technical subject matter to non-technical team members and clients

• Familiar with the interface between commercial and technical aspects of a project
