Since our colleague, after almost five years, has chosen to pursue new opportunities, we are looking for a meticulous, service-minded and experienced Customer Service & Facilities Coordinator for our head office at Islands Brygge, starting as soon as possible.

As our new Customer Service & Facilities Coordinator, you will play a key role in keeping the office running efficiently – handling both administrative and facility-related tasks – while ensuring our customers receive excellent service.

Key Responsibilities


Facility services

    Coordination with cleaning suppliers

    Coordinating lunch arrangements, fruit supply, coffee service etc.

    Managing the reception area

    Purchasing office supplies, flowers, gifts, groceries etc.

    Coordinating company car maintenance (inspection, tire changes etc.)

    Overseeing that the office environment, including outdoor areas, is kept welcoming and well-maintained


Customer Service

    Order processing and follow-up – mainly B2C orders from vipp.com

    Logistics and handling of customer complaints

    Supporting various departments – primarily Vipp Home (retail) and Sales

    Booking transportation (UPS, GLS etc.)

    Welcoming customers and guests at the office

Qualifications


    Experience with Microsoft Business Central is required

    Service-minded and motivated by helping others

    Independent, structured, and mature in your approach

    Strong administrative and communication skills (primarily in English)

    Fluent in Danish, English and preferably German, both written and spoken 

    Good numerical and business understanding
