Sales Support Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive Sales Support Coordinator to join our Sales Back-Office department at our headquarters in Aalborg. In this newly established role, you will be the operational backbone of our commercial efforts, providing essential support to our sales teams and ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.

About the Job

You will work closely with our Heads of Sales & Business Development, Division Directors, and other teams to coordinate sales activities, prepare and manage proposals and contracts, as well as ensure our CRM data is accurate and up to date. You will act as a central point of contact for internal stakeholders, collaborating across teams to ensure alignment and consistency. Your work will directly support our client-facing colleagues to focus on building relationships and winning new business.


As the first dedicated member of our Sales Operations Support team, you will also help shape how we work - through smart processes, best practices, alignment of inputs across teams, and contributing to a more consistent and professional sales approach. You will receive dedicated onboarding and ongoing support from the existing core team to ensure your success as you help build and define this new area.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare tailored, high-quality materials for client opportunities - proposals, offers, and contracts
  • Gather insights and compile case studies to support proposals and showcase our expertise
  • Coordinate input from different teams to ensure proposals are aligned and complete
  • Manage structuring, versioning, and approvals for sales documents and templates
  • Proofread and refine documents to ensure clarity and quality, including negotiation updates
  • Support the development and implementation of commercial standards across sales activities
  • Promote data-driven decision-making through consistent sales analytics and reporting
  • Keep track of opportunities and update our CRM system
  • Act as a central point of contact between Sales, Communications & Branding, and technical teams

About You

You are someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity and making things run smoothly. You possess a natural sense of ownership and take pride in supporting others to succeed. You are detail-oriented, reliable, and good at keeping track of moving parts.


You are comfortable working across teams and communicating with different stakeholders, and you like being the person who connects the dots and ensures things are aligned.


Your Experience

  • Experience in sales coordination, proposal preparation, CRM systems, and document management - ideally in a consultancy or service-based setting
  • Experience supporting sales teams in deadline-driven environments
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Confidence in structuring and reviewing client-facing documents
  • Familiarity with sales performance metrics and reporting tools

Your Qualifications

  • A relevant academic degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Solid skills in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and CRM tools
  • Fluency in English
