Food Production & Operations Assistant

Are you a proactive person with a positive can-do attitude, willing to be challenged and eager to learn? We are looking for a Food Production & Operations Assistant to join Noma Projects and support our daily production and operational activities. 


Noma Projects is a B2C company working closely with Noma to produce quality products that brings flavour and nutrition in to everyday life. You will work closely with the production, warehouse, and procurement teams, supporting hands-on food production tasks and executing processes on the production floor. 


To succeed in this role, you need to be comfortable working physically on the grounds and follow structured procedures. Noma Projects operates in a fast-paced environment and requires adaptable team members who are ready to contribute to building and delivering products of the highest quality. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

    • Support daily food production operations in accordance with established SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) 

    • Operate and assist with production equipment, such as pumps, hoses, bottling or packing lines, presses, or similar machinery 

    • Handle the movement of pallets, raw materials, and finished goods between production and storage areas 

    • Ensure correct FIFO (First In, First Out) handling of ingredients and finished products 

    • Support production setup, breakdown, and cleaning to maintain hygiene and food safety standards 

    • Identify and report deviations, damages, or inconsistencies in production processes 


About you:

  • You bring previous experience from food or beverage production, such as: Breweries, bottling or canning facilities, or packing lines

  • Knowledge of food handling and hygiene practices 

  • Comfortable working with equipment, machinery, and manual handling tasks 

  • Experience following SOPs and structured production processes 

  • Strong understanding of FIFO principles and basic inventory handling 

  • Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented 

  • Good communication skills in English (Danish is a plus) 

  • Comfortable with physical work in a production setting 

  • Organized and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment 

  • Pallet lifter license is a strong plus 

  • Experience with ERP or inventory systems is an advantage
