Junior Supply & Inventory Assistant

Are you a proactive person with a positive can-do attitude, interested in supply and logistics management? We are looking for a Junior Supply & Inventory Assistant to join Noma Projects to support our procurement team on an. 

Noma Projects is a B2C company working closely with Noma to produce quality products that bring flavour and nutrition into everyday life. You will work closely with the procurement, production, and warehouse teams, supporting purchasing activities, inventory control, and logistics coordination to ensure a smooth delivery of products. 

Noma Projects operates in a fast-paced environment and requires adaptable team members with a structured mindset, strong attention to detail, and good planning and time-management skills. 


Key Responsibilities 

  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure supplies for daily production operations; to do so you will need to have a good overview of current stock status, and production plans. 

  • Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials through close contact and follow-up with suppliers. 

  • Research new suppliers to improve ingredient quality or reduce costs. 

  • Handle order confirmations, delivery notes, receival of goods and defective deliveries. 

  • Assist in monthly stock counts and help reconcile inventory data across sites. 

  • Review and track supplier invoices and end-of-month reporting on material spend. 

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement processes and supply chain efficiency. 

  • Support with internal transfers of products, booking transport and ensuring correct registration of stock movements. 

  • At Noma projects we work with several external warehouses, where different items are stored. Transfer management will be a big part of your daily operations. 



Profile – Ingredients You Bring 

  • Graduate in supply chain, logistics, or related fields

  • Has previous experience in these areas (preferably 1-3 years).

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and administrative tools (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.). 

  • Good communication skills in English and Danish. 

  • Responsible, proactive, and able to meet deadlines. 

  • Curious to learn and collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Comfortable with phisical work. 

  • Experience with ERP systems. 
  • Driving and Pallet lifter license a plus. 
  • Fluency in English is required, and Danish a plus.


To succeed in this role, you need to be comfortable working in a mixed office and on-the-ground environment, follow structured processes, and collaborate closely with operational teams.
