Sales Excellence Specialist

Founded in 1989, Air Support A/S is one of the leading suppliers of Flight Operation Software as a Service applications to the aviation industry. We serve a large global customer base of airlines, business jet operators, cargo carriers and flight service providers through our sales network in Americas, EMEA and APAC. 

We are on a growth journey and are looking to strengthen our commercial team with an experienced Sales Excellence Specialist in a newly created position. 

You will become key in supporting our growth by developing, implementing and optimizing sales processes, tools and analytics across the organization in a cross-functional role reporting to the CCO. 

You will be responsible for:

• Sales process and tools development, implementation and optimization
• Create analytics and reports for improved decision support
• General support for our global sales team

We are looking for great candidates with the following qualifications:

• Growth mindset
• Strong cross organization collaboration and communication skills
• Comprehensive experience with Power BI, CRM, ERP and IT solutions in general
• Relevant education at bachelor’s degree level or higher with minimum five years of experience from a similar position
• SaaS business model experience
• Aviation industry insight preferred, but not a requirement
