AI Business Transformation Manager

Do you want to help shape how AI creates real business value?

At Clipper, we are exploring how AI can improve the way we work, support better decision-making and create business value.

We are therefore looking for an experienced business-minded professional who can bridge the gap between technology, commercial operations and people. Your mission will be to identify where AI can make the greatest impact across our business and help turn opportunities into practical solutions.

What would be your responsibilities:

You will report to the Head of Commercial Business Support and your responsibilities will be:

  • Identify business processes where AI can improve efficiency, quality or decision-making
  • Map user journeys and business processes to understand where technology creates value
  • Lead AI-related projects from ideas through implementation and adoption
  • Ensure data quality, governance and system integration
  • Collaborate with external AI partners and consultants
  • Support change management and help colleagues adopt new ways of working
  • Stay updated on developments within Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform and Generative AI and assess their relevance for Clipper

What we are looking for:

At Clipper, our employees shape our work environment, so bringing a positive attitude is essential.

We imagine that you have a relevant educational background within business transformation, digitalization, process improvement or service design, combined with hands-on experience using AI in a business context.

You understand user journeys and can identify where AI can create real value. You have experience with AI, automation or tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform and you enjoy working across functions to turn ideas into practical solutions.

Experience from shipping, logistics, trading or another complex operational environment is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Don’t meet every single requirement?

If you’re enthusiastic about this role but your experience doesn’t align perfectly with each qualification, we still encourage you to apply. You could be the ideal candidate for this position, or for another opportunity with us.

What you will love about us

At Clipper, you will become part of a growing and professional work environment where we strive to be the best. We offer:

  • A unique opportunity to shape how Clipper leverages AI across the business
  • Excellent opportunities for both professional and personal development
  • Social, sports, and cultural events throughout the year
  • Attractive employee benefits, including pension, health and dental insurance
  • Access to fitness with personal trainer and a delicious lunch arrangement
  • Beautiful office facilities in Nordhavn – close to the metro station and with on-site parking available

Application and recruitment process:
Please submit your CV and cover letter through our application portal by 27 September 2026. As part of your application, you will also be asked to answer a few short questions.

Applications will be reviewed on an ongoing basis, and we may invite candidates for interviews before the application deadline. We therefore encourage you to apply as soon as possible.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a first interview. Candidates progressing to the next stage will complete a personality assessment prior to a second interview. The final stage will include confidential reference checks.
