About the role

As part of the Commercial team, you can look forward to an exciting journey and take part in ensuring the commercial success of Kingspan LOGSTOR. 

As a Senior Sales Analyst, you carry out analysis of business data and provide commercial insights that lead to value adding actions. Plus, you will support key commercial areas of the business in understanding performance, identifying opportunities to grow and to give recommendations for improvements. 

Further, you will focus on providing commercial modelling of new client opportunities and will also support strategic commercial initiatives. You will work closely with the CCO, Sales Executive Team and the Sales Regions, delivering high quality commercial analysis.

Additionally, your work tasks will include:

  • Prepare analysis of commercial activities, market trends and competitive behaviours
  • Maintain and further develop KPI reporting dashboard for commercial area
  • Prepare Sales forecast 
  • Manage S&OP process in cooperation with Regions, Product Portfolio and Operations
  • Prepare dashboard for performance meetings with Sales Regions and functions within commercial area
  • Organize regular sales meetings, create meeting agendas, prepare material for the meetings and assign action items after meetings
  • Ad hoc analysis and deep dives for selected areas
  • Participation in selected meetings with countries and functions
  • Coordinate and manage selected activities in Commercial
  • Support for Sales Regions

You will report directly to CCO and can expect approx. 30 travelling days a year in Europe.

Who are we looking for?

You have a relevant master’s degree in business administration, International Business and Marketing or similar and 5+ years of experience from similar positions in commercial analyst, business analysis or has been exposed to various commercial projects in a large international company or business development function. You have experience with turning data into insights and communicating these through reports, dashboards, and presentations. Further, you are a strong communicator and proficient in English, both orally and in writing. You are an experienced user of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), experience with CRM and SAP will come on handy. 

As a person you are a pro-active, robust, and self-driven team player with strong communication and effective relationship building skills. You are data literate with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail and you have good business acumen and a critical mindset. You have strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in an environment with frequent interruptions and to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Further, you can work effectively with diverse management levels, cultures, and personalities and have a natural curiosity for understanding the business in detail as this is key for delivering successfully.
