On behalf of CUBIC-Modulsystem A/S we are looking for a strategic OEM Sales Manager - for a newly created position – to help build and maintain the already successful OEM business on a global or international level.

CUBIC-Modulsystem A/S’ potential on the global market is growing – and is strengthened now that CUBIC has become part of Rockwell Automation, which is the world's largest manufacturer of industrial automation. As strategic OEM Sales Manager you are - together with the existing team - one of the leading figures in relation to CUBIC's OEM strategy focusing on building strong ties with manufacturers of windmills and data centres.

As strategic OEM Sales Manager for CUBIC your focus is on maintaining and creating long-term relationships with international customers and various partner channels. Your work will be backed by a strong technical team, to help create the best foundation for the customers.

You will have an outgoing, independent, and active role. You will use the OEM-strategy as an offset for your plans and efforts, and work closely with your colleagues to create the best CUBIC solutions for the customers.

The responsibilities in the position include:

  • Ensure market share growth at key OEM accounts with existing and new products,
  • Identify and onboard new OEM leads,
  • Planning and implementing sales strategies,
  • Ensure strategic relationship with key customers,
  • Respond to commercial and technical questions from client vendors,
  • Conduct market research and propose new sales efforts to meet customer requirements,
  • Maintain, develop, and grow the OEM budget,
  • Travel activities required to visit customers and client vendors to support global account management activities.

Your background is a relevant commercial or technical education – eg. cand.merc., Marine Engineering or similar. However, the most important thing is experience from a similar area of responsibility. You have approx. 10 years of successful technology solutions sales and account management experience with international midsize and large companies. Ideally you already have OEM specific sales experience.

As a person you are independent, self-motivated, and proactive in your daily work activities. You have a commercial mindset and a committed and result driven personality. You focus both on creating results and on building long-term relationships. You possess great interpersonal skills, both internal and external, and are used to close collaboration between departments. You are characterized by great communication skills and the ability to think ahead in relation to forecasts and future sales possibilities. It is expected that you can easily create professional relationships and that you have an open and curious mindset in relation to the market.

A certain degree of mobility is needed, as the OEM Sales Manager is expected to visit both customers and business partners to build relationships and network both in Denmark and abroad. In this job, it is therefore not important where you live. You can live anywhere in Denmark and also abroad.
