Lauritzen Bulkers is growing the handysize activities and want to strengthen the chartering teams World-wide.

Your professional and personal qualifications

You have a customer centric approach and the perseverance to create results and challenge status quo. You master the use of data to reach the right decisions and seek sparring with you colleagues.

Furthermore, you are fluent in English and thrive in a diverse and multicultural organisation. Can you also identify with our core values: accountability, resoluteness, empathy and adaptability, then keep reading.


Most likely you have a background from a shipowner/operator or experience gained from working within freight trading or with a broker. We expect you to have a minimum of four years of experience within dry cargo. Knowledge of the handysize segment is a plus, however not a requirement.


On a personal level, you enjoy building relations. You hold a curious mindset wanting to try out new possibilities together with your colleagues to ensure further growth. You hold strong communication skills and are therefore able to inspire people and you proactively take part in motivating and supporting your colleagues.
