Junior Analyst – Project Support, Aalborg

About the Job

You will become part of our Power-to-X (PtX) technology team, where your role is to assist the team with project management-related tasks in the development of large-scale PtX projects. 

With a position inside the PtX team, you become involved in various tasks and get the opportunity to develop and challenge your competencies and knowledge in practice. 

Your accountabilities are likely to vary, but your main tasks will include:

• To assist in the development of presentation material for key stakeholders and internal usage utilizing PowerPoint and other relevant programs
• Assist in collecting and conducting business analysis relevant to the project
• Provide support in terms of structuring verbal information to external stakeholders
• Complete various ad hoc tasks on a business or organizational level

In this role, we expect you to work 8-10 hours on average per week, with the possibility to add more hours if possible. It is essential that you take care of your studies, which means we are flexible in exam periods and when facing project deadlines.

Our headquarters in Aalborg (John F. Kennedys Plads) will be your working place. 

About You

Being successful in this role depends on your ability to maneuver in an agile and entrepreneurial organization where no two days are the same.

You are outgoing, hold a “can-do-attitude", and are eager to deliver quality as a dedicated team player.

Preferably, we expect you to enrich our business with the following experience and skills:

• Ideally, you are about to finish your bachelor’s degree or recently started your master's in economics or engineering
• Familiar with Microsoft Office programs – especially PowerPoint 
• Fluent in English 
• Strong communication skills
• You are structured and analytical by nature, and you don’t mind challenging the status quo
