  • Lead internal review of commercial exhibits and align with Technical Project Manager on scope of work review and technical exhibits.
  • Highlight risk and opportunities in contract and keep track of cost development.
  • Prioritize open contractual points and provide recommendations on prioritization and/ or trade-offs.
  • Work closely with the project team to understand the project and highlight the impact on cost and risk profile that the contracts have.
  • Manage contracts including change orders during construction.

You will be working from our office in Houston at 3120 Southwest Freeway; Houston, TX 77098 (but for this role, we are open to profiles across the US) However, we are globally represented, and as such, all our positions require flexibility from time to time, and in addition, it might require traveling as well.

Success in this role depends on your ability to maneuver in a young, entrepreneurial and performance-driven organization where every day is different. You are curious and eager to empower your potential. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of relevant experience in the energy or construction industry.

With the right balance of professional skills and a personal mindset, you will get a unique opportunity to grow and develop with our team. We expect you to have a permanent work permit/green card for the USA.

We expect you to enrich our business with the following experience and skills:

  • Strong analytic skills; able to read contracts and understand the impact of definitions and commercial clauses,
  • Experience preparing negotiation strategy and leading commercial negotiations
  • Trustworthy; it is important that your client trusts you to lead negotiations,
  • Team player; you are able to set the direction for your project team and ensure that everyone understands the task and work towards to the same goal,
  • Experience reading and negotiating OEM and BOP/EPC contracts; preferably from the wind industry,
  • Deep understanding of risks and opportunities in the construction of wind and solar projects,
