Actimo is a management app that empowers managers to effectively communicate and lead large groups of mobile-first employees distributed on multiple locations with snackable mobile content.

Existing leadership communication platforms like email and sms fail to create attention and commitment. Actimo, on the other hand, provides live insights to leaders regarding performance, engagement, understanding and results among employees.

We are already the mobile-first communications tool of choice for many top companies, including Vodafone, Danske Bank and Bosch… just to mention a few of the household names within our portfolio of customers.

Things are moving fast and we need a skilled and energetic Partner Manager to help grow and develop this essential sales channel. You’ll be working closely with the top brass of digital marketeers, communications- and management consultants. Partner Sales is a relatively new part of the organisation, so you have the opportunity to make a massive impact on Actimo’s growth in the years ahead.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact and create opportunities in your partner channel
  • Ensure a relevant and steady pipeline of potential new partners
  • Secure cross- and upselling with existing partners
  • Identify market opportunities and provide leads to partners
  • Understand and support partners business models
  • Liason with partners at all levels
  • Ability to make Actimo the preferred strategic management tech tool for partners and their clients
  • Provide quality delivery and hand-over of new partner projects to Actimo’s Partner Success Team

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of partner sales or key account management
  • Ability to listen to partners and provide a strong value-based case for the use of Actimo
  • Vast experience from driving new business efforts
  • Detailed structuring of activities
  • Successful track record of being a top performer
  • Ability to work and thrive in a team setting
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong perseverance - never give up mentality
  • Fluent English and Danish. Additional languages an asset
