Your Role: Assisting R&D Engineers in Optical Fiber Development
As a student assistant in our R&D department, you will have the exciting opportunity to collaborate closely with our engineers while experiencing the supportive environment within our team. Key Responsibilities Include:

• Working closely with R&D engineers on experiments and projects related to optical fiber development.
• Assisting in measuring and analyzing fibers and coatings to support ongoing research initiatives.
• Troubleshooting technical challenges and contributing to problem-solving efforts.
• Documenting experimental procedures, results, and findings to support project progress.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a relevant technical program (e.g., engineering, physics, chemistry) or equivalent.
• Some experience working with fibers in a laboratory environment is preferred.
• Curiosity, flexibility, and a passion for tackling new challenges.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work in a structured, proactive manner.
• Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is required.
