Blue Power Partners is a global consultancy and project development company dedicated to developing renewable energy. We aim to accelerate the green transition by shaping the renewable technologies of tomorrow.

About the Role

As our student worker, you will contribute to developing, supporting, and maintaining the global PMO toolbox as part of Blue Power Partners' Global Project Support department.

The PMO toolbox team is a recent addition to the company. It aims to enhance the efficiency of project management across the organization by defining and maintaining project management standards and practices. The right candidate will play a central part in supporting the organization with its project approaches and project management tools.

About the Job

You'll primarily collaborate with the PMO team members and key stakeholders, such as project managers and project associates of the project execution teams, and ensure that the scope of supply of the PMO toolbox meets the project and client requirements.

Your efforts will greatly contribute to the implementation of document templates, guides, and best practices, as well as process and quality improvements and efficiency enhancements in project execution.

Your scope of work:

  • PMO documentation: Development of PMO material (documentation templates/standards, tools, training material, and systems/solutions)
  • PMO hub: Manage, develop, and maintain the PMO hub, which is a managed knowledge and document repository interface of the PMO toolbox for project execution.
  • Development: Identify knowledge gaps and concretize gaps into new toolbox initiatives/tasks
  • Supportive PMO: Promote compliance with PMO standards, methodologies, and documentation standards towards project execution.
  • Training and guidance: Provide training/guidance in PMO toolbox material/products primarily towards project execution.
  • Data analysis: Collect and analyze PMO toolbox data to provide insights and recommendations toward project execution.

You will use Office 365, Co-Pilot, and SharePoint in your daily work.

We don’t expect you to know everything when you start. We will invest the time you need to fulfill the role. The learning curve will be steep, but you will experience extensive development and much responsibility and influence in your position.

We prefer that you be available to work 8-14 hours on average per week, with the possibility of adding more hours. It is essential that you take care of your studies, which means we are flexible during exam periods and when facing project deadlines.

Your daily work will be from our central headquarters in Aalborg, John F. Kennedys Plads 43.

You are a curious and outgoing individual who uses your passion as daily fuel to make a difference. You are eager to provide high-quality deliverables and a dedicated team player.
