Noma Projects is seeking a Quality Control & Warehouse Manager to join our team full-time (Danish language proficiency is required). If you are a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in food safety and a passion for food, then we want to hear from you!
As the QC & Warehouse Manager, you will be an integral member of our Production Team. You will be responsible for developing Risk Assessments and HACCP Plans, tracking Critical Control Points and Critical Quality Points, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, optimizing traceability systems, supporting the development of production protocols, managing import documentation, staying updated on food legislation, and ensuring labeling requirements are met.
In addition, you will provide production support, maintain facility and equipment, provide training to new staff, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and prepare reports on food safety and quality control metrics.
To qualify for this position, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Safety, or related studies, must be proficient in Danish, and have 3-5 years of experience within a food safety department.
