Can you brush off the competition? Art Director wanted!
There can’t be a worse way to start a job ad than a terrible pun. So, let’s get a bit more job ad traditional. Are you a creative person that’s inspirational, conceptual, motivational, innovative, pioneering, fearless, bold, daring, dynamic, adventurous, and imaginative?
Of course not. No one would ever describe themselves as all that. But if this extraction of adjectives from ChatGPT or the terrible headline captured your attention, it means that you’ve either thought “Oh, that’s fun” or “Oh, that’s a bit weird”. Whatever your thoughts, it shows that you have a personality. And that’s what we’re looking for in our new Art Director.
Now that we’re in the third paragraph, the eighth line and the 130th word, we probably ought to tell you what it’s all about. As our new Art Director, you’ll become part of Denmark’s first on-site agency, which is basically a combination of an external agency and an in-house agency. But we’ll explain all that when we meet you.
During that meeting, we’ll also tell you about our client, Grundfos. They’re our only client, but boy do we love them. They trust us to communicate complex, technical material through awe-inspiring, easy-to-understand solutions that support their sustainable, ambitious and optimistic approach to everything they do.

Meet our team
We’re part of ZITE who analyse, design, implement, and run in-house agencies, but not as the traditional model but as hybrid on-site agencies. You closest coworkers is however a classic mix of copywriters, project managers, designers, and loads more. We haven’t reinvented the wheel in that respect. So, let’s tell you about our people. We have bikers, runners, archers, internationals, dog lovers, cat lovers, philosophers, authors, gamers, music lovers, salt and vinegar lovers, salt and vinegar haters, and so much more. In our own humble opinion, we’re a nice bunch and we’re always ready to welcome new faces.
On a day to day basis, you’ll work with around 25 others at our head office in Bjerringbro. But since we are part of major agency family, SPRING Family, you’ll also have the chance to work at our office in Aarhus where you’ll swiftly become a part of a larger creative network with hundreds of others.
