We’re currently expanding our team in Romania generally, and specifically in the project development, environmental, regulatory, and site control spaces to support our key clients. Therefore, we are looking for a Executive Assistant & Office Manager to strengthen our team.
As the Executive Assistant and Office Manager to the Director in the Global Environment, Permitting and Land in a renewable energy business based in Iasi, you will be immersed in all facets of the business. It requires liaising with the local and global teams, assisting with administrative duties, showing excellent time management and organisational skills. It offers a dynamic and hands-on opportunity to contribute to the growing office in Romania.
You will be involved in a number of different tasks, such as:
You will be working from our Iasi office. However, we are globally represented, and as such, all our positions require flexibility from time to time, and in addition, it might require traveling as well.
You will be a highly organized, experienced, and confident individual who can be in charge of the ”back office.” You will enjoy working autonomously but also have a natural talent to connect and build a dynamic and collaborative culture.
You will be agile, a problem-solver, and have a general understanding of business and leadership needs. Your desire to drive to create change and processes and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety, is imperative.
