You will be joining the Finance & Controlling team, where we help the decision-makers at Blue Power Partners by providing accurate and timely information. We work closely with the business to offer valuable insights and ensure everything stays on track. Our goal is to create solutions that grow with the company. Right now, the team consists of eight full-time employees and one student assistant based in Denmark.
The company consists of thirteen entities spread worldwide and has 350+ employees.
As the Payroll Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for employee payroll inquiries. In Denmark, you will oversee the entire payroll process, while for our international entities, you will collaborate closely with external providers who support our accounting and payroll functions. Although this role doesn't have direct reports, you will have the opportunity to take charge of the payroll area and drive its operations forward.
