IT Support Technician

Your work will keep the school’s digital infrastructure running smoothly. From helping a teacher in the middle of a lesson to resolving access issues for administrative staff, or assisting a young student with their device, your role ensures that learning and operations continue without disruption. With a calm, solution-focused approach, you’ll provide support that’s timely, reliable, and user-friendly - building confidence and trust in our IT services.
You’ll be part of a dedicated IT team supporting a varied and dynamic environment that includes Apple devices, Google Workspace for Education, Microsoft Business Central, and in-house servers. While some structures are still evolving, we’re looking for someone who thrives in a setting where initiative, self-organisation, and a proactive mindset are highly valued. In this role, you will:
Serve as the first point of contact for technical support.
Communicate clearly and professionally with all users—from students and teachers to administrative staff.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving macOS, iOS, Google Workspace, Microsoft Business Central, and on-site servers.
Install, maintain, and document IT hardware and software.
Manage IT assets and keep accurate records of inventory and support activities.
Support staff in using educational and administrative technologies effectively.
Contribute to improving workflows and documentation to enhance service delivery.
An associate degree or equivalent in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
1-2 years of relevant IT support experience.
A strong customer service orientation and clear communication style.
The ability to work independently, stay organized, and take initiative.
Technical skills across Apple, Google, and Microsoft platforms.
A collaborative mindset and a positive, dependable attitude.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, MCP) are a plus.
Fluency in spoken and written English, fluency in Danish is a plus

The salary range for this position is 30,000 to 42,000 DKK per month depending on your qualifications and experience.
