As our Restaurant Manager, you will be part of our management team, helping all team members to be the best they can be and leading by example. At the same time, you make sure everything runs smoothly, both on and off the floor. We require someone highly motivated, who is able to create and nurture a positive team culture, between all departments, and ensure the best possible experience for our guests at all times. You will also ensure the best possible decisions are carried out to allow the business to perform to its best. 

What we are looking for:

- Proven ability to problem solve and be organized

- Creativity and a genuine passion and understanding of food and beverage 

- Prior restaurant management and leadership experience 

- Flexibility of working hours, including evenings and weekends 

- Strong communication skills 

- Someone to take Barr into its next phase while maintaining some of the DNA

- Revenue Management experience 

- Booking management 

What you will do:

- Oversee all daily restaurant operations in a hands-on approach, ensuring the best possible experience for the guests

- Lead by example, build and create the most positive and driven working environment where people feel inspired and satisfied with their work

- Manage team scheduling, oversee inventory and financial success 

- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards

- Manage maintenance and upkeep of the restaurant

- Drive sales and profitability through effective management and marketing initiatives

- Provide consistent training and education possibilities for the team 

- Hiring 

- Work closely with the kitchen, to ensure a seamless communication and collaboration between the different departments. 

Salary is negotiable and based on experience but besides that, we offer 5 weeks vacation, standard Danish healthcare (free doctor and hospital), plus additional private healthcare provided by Barr which includes dental, physiotherapy, osteopath, psychologist and more.
