Internal Sales Backoffice Consultant/Account Manager

AIR SUPPORT A/S is a major software provider to aircraft operators in more than 90 countries worldwide. We are now recruiting an internal sales consultant/account manager to join our sales team at our headquarters in Billund.

The sales consultant we are looking for

Recognizes these characteristics:

• Experience from similar functions
• High level of energy and personal drive
• IT skills relating to CRM, ERP, PowerBI & Office365 required
• You have an interest in aviation and the ability to acquire high-level aviation knowledge
• Remain service-minded & structured in a high-paced environment 

Responsibilities & duties

• Sales backup for the global sales team
• Answering incoming customer requests for add-ons
• Online demonstration of new software solutions to international customers & prospects
• Making sales quotations, follow-ups, and closing deals
• Setup and administration of customer demo accounts  
• Business Intelligence and reporting to internal stakeholders
• Administrative duties & quality control
• Participation in relevant corporate online meetings and user groups
