Your role is to support customers before, during, and after purchase, ensuring every interaction reflects our values of curiosity, generosity, and craft. You will be one of the key points of contact for our customers worldwide, helping them navigate products, subscriptions, orders, and experiences. Working closely with e-commerce, logistics, and product teams, you’ll help resolve issues efficiently while feeding back insights that help us continuously improve.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Answer questions related to products, memberships, orders, deliveries, and returns
  • Help resolve customer issues in a calm, friendly, and solution-oriented manner
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse partners to track shipments and solve delivery issues
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of Noma Projects’ products, releases, and seasonal collections
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in our systems
  • Report recurring questions, pain points, and insights with internal teams to improve products and processes within the organization
  • Support the team during launches and busy periods
  • Represent Noma Projects with care, clarity, and professionalism in every interaction

You are:

  • Curious about food, craft, and creativity — and excited by what Noma Projects stands for
  • A clear and empathetic communicator, both written and verbal
  • Customer-minded, patient, and comfortable solving problems
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Comfortable learning new tools and systems; experience with Klaviyo, Gorgias, and Shopify is an advantage
  • Motivated to learn and grow in an entry-level role in the field of e-commerce
  • Enjoy working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

You enjoy helping others and take pride in doing things well. You bring a positive, open mindset and understand that great customer care is about listening, clarity, and follow-through. You’re excited to grow your skills while contributing to meaningful experiences for customers around the world.
