At Noma Projects, we are looking for an entry-level Customer Care Specialist to support our growing global community and help deliver a thoughtful, human customer experience across our products and memberships. This is an entry-level role, for about 20 hours pr. week, ideal for someone eager to learn, take responsibility, and grow within a creative and fast-moving environment.
Noma Projects is a B2C company working closely with noma group. As our Customer Care specialist, you'll report to our head of E-Commerce and join our E-Commerce team at Noma Projects.
Your role is to support customers before, during, and after purchase, ensuring every interaction reflects our values of curiosity, generosity, and craft. You will be one of the key points of contact for our customers worldwide, helping them navigate products, subscriptions, orders, and experiences. Working closely with e-commerce, logistics, and product teams, you’ll help resolve issues efficiently while feeding back insights that help us continuously improve.
