Main responsibilities


  • Our customer’s success is your success: you are responsible for activating and retaining our customers in the Nordic region

  • Project management: you can handle deployment and projects at some of Scandinavia's largest companies and ensure that they achieve a positive outcome of their efforts with Actimo

  • Onboarding: you plan and implement onboarding workshops with new customers, set up KPIs, challenge the customer's communication, as well as plan and provide entry to training and onboarding flows

  • Activation and retention: you monitor, structure, create, and coordinate data-driven activation and retention of existing customers with team assistance. Activation is a new area at Actimo where your experience with building a data-driven activation program is very welcome.

  • Account management: you will be measured on customer base retention, thus protecting our MRR. You will not have sales responsibilities, but will maintain a close cooperation with our Expansion Team

  • Further developing Customer Success in Actimo: we are transforming the team and need you to pitch and contribute to this transformation, so that the department can scale. You must mature onboarding, establish activation processes, monitor customer relationships, as well as implement the right Customer Success platform.


Desired skills and experience

  • You are an empathetic person with a great passion for creating results with your customers

  • You have experience from a similar specialist position eg. data-based communication consultant, customer success manager, account manager from a subscription business, CRM specialist or similar. You have participated in, established or matured a similar department before and see yourself as an expert in the field

  • You are used to having direct customer contact and managing a large portfolio of customers and making everybody feel like they are our newest customer

  • You have a relevant education, a broad business understanding, and technical excellence

  • Intuitively, you sense what excellent customer experience is and understand effective mass communication

  • You write and speak fluent English. Swedish and Norwegian are an advantage. Danish is a plus, but not necessary to apply for the position

  • You will often visit customers. Traveling within Denmark, Sweden and Norway is expected
